Simple License Agreement

This Simple License Agreement is between you, the licensee, and me (Agata Kuczmińska), the licensor. By purchasing or downloading any icon sets or illustrations licensed by me, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:

Reserved Rights

All ownership and copyright of the licensed icons and illustrations remain my property.

I reserve the right to change the prices of my icons, illustrations, and/or packages without prior notice and at my sole discretion. I reserve the rights to make changes to these ‘terms and conditions’ without any prior notice at my sole discretion. Any such changes will reflect on this page. Please review the Agreement before you purchase any Icons or Illustrations.

You may…

• Alter and modify icons and illustrations for your needs.
• Use the icons and illustrations to create the End Product for sale as long as the End Product meets the following requirements:
  • End Products must be significantly different than the original standalone icons or illustrations and require time, effort, and skill to produce. End Products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Icon Set or Illustration Pack you purchased. End Products must not redistribute the original icons or illustrations to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original icon or illustration.
  • However, the sale amount of the End Product under this license is limited to 500 sales. If the End Product sales exceed 500 units, you need to purchase another Simple License.
• Use the icons and illustrations in unlimited personal projects or 1 commercial or client project, including advertising, multimedia design, film, video, printed materials, web design, online presentation, and computer games. Any additional uses must be approved by me in writing.

You may not…

• Sublicense, resell, share, transfer, or otherwise redistribute the Icons or Illustrations (e.g., as stock, in a tool or template, with source files, and/or not incorporated into an End Product) under any circumstances, not even for free.
• Make the Icons or Illustrations available on a digital asset management system, shared drive, or the like for the purposes of sharing or transferring the Icons or Illustrations, and you must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Icons or Illustrations and use them separately from the End Product.
• Register as a trademark the icon, illustration, or the end product incorporating the icon or illustration – not even logos. If you use the icons or illustrations to create a logo for yourself or a client, keep in mind that third parties can use those icons or illustrations too, even in another logo.

Disclaimer

All licensed icons and illustrations are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. I can’t guarantee that my work will be error-free and so I can’t be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised me of them.

Your purchase and use of the icons and illustrations imply that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of this license.

Refund Policy

No refund will be offered for products once sold. Since they are digital files, all icons and illustrations are non-refundable or exchangeable. However, lost or damaged files can be replaced. Just contact me at agata@goodstuffnononsense.com
